Hiroshima Oyster Cream Croquette

We have blended creamy sauce with oysters from Hiroshima Prefecture (5.0% Hiroshima oysters) to create a smooth and velvety croquette. The rich oyster essence gives it the flavor of a fried oyster, providing a truly indulgent experience.

This product is a commercial-sized package containing 20 frozen croquettes, each about 5 cm in diameter.

Each package comes with 5 small wrapping bags for portion sales.

In retail stores, the croquettes are fried in the store’s kitchen (e.g., at a supermarket), and about four pieces are placed in each wrapping bag for display on the shelves. Since the quantity is small, customers can easily purchase freshly fried croquettes.

In restaurants or cafes, they can be served as a main dish, or are perfect for use in bento boxes or as sandwich fillings.

Cooking Instructions
Fry from frozen in oil at 170–180°C for approximately 4.5 minutes.

Please note that refreezing items that have thawed may alter the quality.

Packaging: 40g × 20 pieces × 7 packs × 2 trays
