Characteristics:
Nemuro’s saury is contain high protein and fat. After defrosting, the fish can be used for fresh foods such as sushi or sashimi.
Frozen fish is processed in factories with high food safety standards.
How to defrost this product:
Defrost the product in refrigerator.
In case of retail trays, only defrosting to the level that fish can be separated. You should not defrost completely because it will affect the quality of fish.
After defrosting completely, it is neccessary to process immediately to ensure the fish’s freshness.
Product manual:
Salt-grilled saury (no need to remove head and intestine)
After the fish is defrosted, sprinkle both sides of the fish with a little salt for 15 to 20 minutes.
Wipe the fish, grill on the gas stove or electric cooker and change both sides until the fish is cooked.
It is also possible to wrap fish in aluminum foil and set at 180 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes.
It can be grilled with non-stick frying pan after removing intestine.
Serve with a lemon wedge, grated soy sauce.
In addition, when filleting a fish (slice into 3 pieces, 2 pieces of meat and 1 piece of bone), you can make many foods such as fried starch-coated saury, minced saury etc.
