Grilled soft-dried saffron cod (for restaurant or retail)                    

Characteristics:

• The product has been cut off its head and internal organs, then put in salt and dried.
• Due to the IQF freezing, each fish is separated, easy for the retail tray.
• All processing stages are implemented in factories meeting the HACCP standards on food hygiene and safety.          

Product manual:

• Grilled to be nibbles for drinks or can be eaten with white rice.
• Defrost the product in refrigerator. When the defrosting completed, grill on low heat.
• Flip 2 sides until the surface of the fish appears the grill symbol.
• In addition, it can be grilled when the product is still not melted by medium heat.
• Enjoy the grilled saffron cod with alcohol or mayonnaise.
