Japanese Eel(Produced in Shizuoka Prefecture)Japanese Eel

Japanese eel is one of the traditional and premium dishes of Japan. Usually eaten with white rice.

Anyone who has ever eaten Japanese eel, surely cannot forget the greasy deliciousness of this food.

Eel has cool properties and high nutritional value, very good for children and people who need to restore health. Soft eel with spices will bring you a wonderful dining experience.

Japan Network Trading supplies Japanese Kyoumaru eel that is pre-processed, marinated and has a sophisticated grilling process before being frozen.

Made in Shizuoka, Japan.

Finished product 200g up.

Store frozen at -18 degrees C.   Shelf life 1 year.

The water used to process and steam the eels is also thoroughly cleaned and treated with fresh water from Mt.Fuji is used for processing and steaming eels.

Fuji, which eliminates any fishy smell.

This uncompromising attention to detail ensures that our eels are plump, delicious, and of the highest quality.

This product has won the Monde Selection Gold Award.

In addition to soup, it can be served in hitsu-mabushi with condiments such as green onions, seaweed, and wasabi, dashi for chazuke (rice with green tea), and pickles. This is a way of eating eel that can be enjoyed three times.

The first serving is as it is, the second serving is with condiments, and the third serving is with ochazuke (rice with green tea).

In order to reproduce the taste of hand-broiled kabayaki, the sauce is spread to the inside of the meat and charred to give it a savory flavor.
