The product uses raw materials from Hokkaido, a land favored by nature.
After harvesting, soybeans are boiled, then sprinkled with a little salt and frozen, so they still retain their inherent freshness.
It can be eaten immediately by defrosting, very simple and convenient.
The raw material is “Osode no Mai soybeans”, a specialty of Nakasatsunai village.
This variety is perfect for edamame, and has a mild flavor. You can enjoy the natural deliciousness of soybeans.

Currently, Japan Network Trading is offering 2 types, black soybeans and frozen soybeans. Both beans are delicious, the black bean has a slightly sweeter, richer taste.
How to eat:
- Naturally defrost in the refrigerator, then put on a plate and enjoy. Once defrosted, it should be used immediately. You should avoid re-freezing, which will affect the quality of the product.
- In case of defrosting with boiling water:
Take the beans out of the bag, put them in boiling water for about 1 minute, then drain the water.
- In case of defrosting by microwave oven
Remove the beans from the bag, place on a microwaveable plate and heat for 2~3 minutes.
