Shiretoko peninsula is a natural heritage of Japan, located in the northeast of Hokkaido, where is rich marine and terrestrial ecosystem.
This product is salmon roe mined in Shiretoko.
The salmon, after being caught, is frozen and rushed to the factory. Here, the roe is carefully hand-picked. Then the eggs are washed and separated, then soaked in soy sauce about 1 hour. After the product is packaged, it is frozen at -40℃.
