Aomori Prefecture, Hachinohe Processed Domestically Grown Marinated Mackerel

We carefully select seasonal mackerel caught in the waters off the coast of Japan, and carefully prepare each piece to bring out the natural flavor of the ingredients.

It is fatty but not heavy, and the meat is firm and has a strong flavor.

This product is from a long-established manufacturer with excellent mackerel processing technology in Hachinohe City, Aomori Prefecture, one of the leading port cities in the country.

The ingredients for the shimesaba are only domestic ingredients carefully selected by experts.
This manufacturer values the solid Tohoku spirit, and creates delicious foods that customers can eat with confidence.

First, try it as sashimi without any dipping sauce.
You can also enjoy it with wasabi soy sauce to your liking.

It is also delicious when arranged in a Western style.
We also recommend lavishly slicing it thinly diagonally to make carpaccio.
The fine flavor of the shimesaba is enhanced by the combination of vinegar, lemon, and olive oil, and when enjoyed with white wine, you will not be able to stop eating.

They are individually vacuum packed, making them ideal for freezing and stocking.
Once thawed, the expiration date is 14 days, including the day of thawing (if unopened).
Another great thing about them is that you don’t have to eat them right away after thawing!
