This product is made by contracted fishermen who catch raw whitebait and bring it to our company’s processing facility, which is located right next to the landing site.
Uses raw whitebait that can be eaten raw. The freshness is different.

Hosoguchi(S size): Used for gift items, etc., and smaller and finer items are considered luxury items.
Nakasuji(M size): This is the size commonly sold in Japan.
