Lobster Bisque Croquettes

This is a croquette with a rich bisque-like flavor, made by sautéing three types of aromatic vegetables—onions, carrots, and garlic—with lobster. The addition of lobster miso enhances the flavor, and brandy and fresh cream are incorporated to create an authentic taste. The filling is exceptionally creamy, and when you bite into it, the cream overflows, giving the sensation of drinking a soup. It pairs well with a variety of dishes.

This product is a commercial-sized package containing 20 frozen croquettes, each about 5 cm in diameter.

For retail purposes, five wrapping bags are included with each package, allowing for smaller portion sales.

At retail stores, the croquettes are fried in-store, with about four pieces placed in each wrapping bag for display on the shelves.

Since the quantity is small, customers can easily purchase freshly fried croquettes.

In restaurants or cafes, they can be served as a side dish or appetizer, and are also perfect for use in bento boxes or sandwiches

Cooking Instructions
Fry from frozen in oil at 170–180°C for approximately 4.5 minutes.

Please be aware that refreezing items that have thawed may alter the quality.

Packaging: 40g × 20 pieces × 7 packs × 2 trays
