Product Introduction
Founded in 1865 in Odawara, Kanagawa Prefecture, we are a long-established producer of kamaboko (Japanese fish cakes) with over 150 years of tradition. While cherishing the craftsmanship we have cultivated for more than a century and a half, we continue to embrace new technologies and innovative approaches. Each kamaboko uses approximately 6–10 whole fish, and we take great care to deliver their natural flavor “untwisted” and “full of vitality” to our customers.
We minimize the use of additives and are committed to creating foods that we would confidently serve to ourselves and our loved ones.
