Frozen Japanese Octopus

Octopus is one of quite popular seafood.

With strict pre-processing and preservation, Japanese octopus retains the fresh and sweet taste that very few octopus on the market have.

This is one of the nutrient rich foods. Octopus contains many minerals such as iron, zinc, vitamin B2, vitamin E. It is also rich in taurine, an amino acid that is very good for preventing arteriosclerosis and strengthening liver function, and effective for eye strain.

Octopus cooking

Japanese octopus is now very popular. The most common way to use this food is to cook dishes such as sushi, sashimi and takoyaki.

Octopus will be cut into thin slices, seasoned with seasonings to taste with salty soy sauce and wasabi.

In addition, you can also use Japanese octopus in stir-fries, soups or porridge.

It is also used in grilled dishes or salads.
