Yuzu Sake

Yuzu is one of Japan’s traditional citrus fruits, so familiar that it has long been used for seasoning and as a medicine to prevent colds.

It is a member of the mikan and lemon family. Yuzu is characterized by its good relaxing aroma and its strong sour taste.

Yuzu trees are known for their slow growth, and it takes 15 to 20 years from seed to fruit.

This sake is made with plenty of yuzu and blended with authentic shochu. Ginjo-shu is used as a secret ingredient.

It goes well with fried foods and other oily foods, and refreshes the palate.

The refreshing and slightly sweet yuzu flavor makes it easy to drink, even for women.

If the juice settles, please shake lightly before drinking.
