Soy sauce suitable for sashimi

This soy sauce is made by adding sweetness and viscosity to honjozo soy sauce, making it perfect for eating with sashimi.

It can be used for sashimi, sushi, chilled tofu, and kabayaki sauce.

Available in 150mL sizes, which allow you to try a small amount and can be used on the table,
and 360mL, which is just the right size to put in the fridge and can be used on the table.

After opening, use as soon as possible. After use, seal and store in the refrigerator.

■Name: Dark soy sauce (honjozo)
■Ingredients: Defatted soybeans (made in India or Japan), wheat, salt, starch syrup, sugar/alcohol, caramel coloring, seasoning (amino acids)
■Contents: 150ml or 360ml
■Best before date: 730 days from date of manufacture
■Storage method: Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight.

This product is made by a manufacturer on Shodoshima that produces a variety of high-quality soy sauces.
