Organic soy sauce made with Japanese ingredients

This is a special soy sauce made using Japanese organic soybeans and Japanese organic wheat,
and carefully aged in a 30 koku cedar barrel.

It has received the Superior Taste Award at the iTQi (International Taste and Quality Institute)
and the Superior Quality Award at Monde Selection.

We offer a 150mL size, which allows you to try out a small amount and can be used on a table, and a 300mL size, which is perfect for storing in the fridge and can also be used on a table.

After opening, use as soon as possible. After use, seal and store in the refrigerator.

■Ingredients: Organic soybeans (domestic), organic wheat (domestic), salt
■Contents: 150ml or 300ml
■Best before date: 730 days from date of manufacture
■Storage method: Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight.

This product is made by a manufacturer on Shodoshima that produces a variety of high-quality soy sauces.

It is an essential seasoning for Japanese cuisine.
