Black Vinegar Dressing with Yakushima Tankans

This Yakushima Tankan Dressing is made with a generous amount of Tankan mandarin juice grown on Yakushima, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and captures its refreshing aroma and crisp, cool flavor.
With kombu broth added as a “secret ingredient,” it’s a versatile dressing that works well not only on salads but also with sautéed pork, fish dishes, and cold pasta.
Combining organic black vinegar “Kakuida,” organic soy sauce, coarse sugar from Tanegashima, and high-quality oils, this dressing is made entirely by hand without heat to maximize the natural aroma and umami of the ingredients.

Quantity: 200ml

Ingredients: Edible vegetable oils (olive oil [manufactured in Spain], grape seed oil [manufactured in Japan]), organic tangerine fruit pickled in black vinegar (tangerines, organic brown rice black vinegar, rock sugar), organic rice black vinegar, raw sugar, salt, organic soy sauce (contains wheat and soybeans), dashi (kelp)

Storage Instructions: Room temperature

Shelf life: 6-12months

Made by hand using gentle, natural ingredients—free of preservatives and artificial colors.
