This aromatic yuzu salt dressing is made with yuzu juice from Sōo City, Kagoshima Prefecture—grown without pesticides during cultivation—and natural sea salt hand-crafted in a traditional kettle in Bōtsu, Minamisatsuma City, Kagoshima Prefecture. The waters there boast some of the clearest and most beautiful waters in Japan and are known as a habitat for coral reefs.
We carefully select only body-friendly ingredients, such as “Kakuida” organic black vinegar aged for three years, coarse sugar from Tanegashima, and extra virgin olive oil, and the entire product is finished without any heat treatment.
Characterized by a refreshing yuzu aroma, this dressing is recommended not only for salads but also for dishes where a light, refreshing flavor is desired, such as chilled tofu, steamed chicken, and carpaccio.
