Grilled soft-dried saffron cod (for restaurant or retail)
Characteristics:
- The product has been cut off its head and internal organs, then put in salt and dried.

Product manual:
- Grilled to be nibbles for drinks or can be eaten with white rice.
- Defrost the product in refrigerator. When the defrosting completed, grill on low heat.
- Flip 2 sides until the surface of the fish appears the grill symbol.
- In addition, it can be grilled when the product is still not melted by medium heat.
