This product contains 10% whole wheat flour made from wheat grown in Yamagata Prefecture.

The whole wheat flour, stone-ground at our own factory, is full of flavor and rich in dietary fiber and minerals.

Although these are dried noodles, they are characterized by their smooth texture and pleasant mouthfeel, and can be enjoyed year-round—chilled in summer and warmed in winter.
