Hokkaido milk Sable

 

      Hokkaido is known as the milk paradise of Japan.

There is a fresh land with temperate climate which is suitable for breeding cattle, goats … The taste of milk here always keeps the freshness as freshly squeezed and the light aroma seems to have become the exclusive brand for Hokkaido cow’s milk. Therefore, Hokkaido dairy products are always very fragrant.

Milk sable is a type of cookies with ingredients made from Hokkaido’s flour, chicken eggs, butter and milk. This cookie is carved with image of cow, symbol of Hokkaido dairy farming.

It is fragrant, easy to eat, crunchy and not too sweet.

This product is made by Wakasaya company with two types of packaging, bag or box.
