Organic soy sauce, Hishio no Kaori

Made with organic soybeans and organic wheat, it is carefully aged throughout the four seasons in a 30 koku cedar barrel.

From the cultivation of the ingredients to the production, we manage and produce it so that non-organic ingredients are not mixed in.

It has a good balance of saltiness, sweetness, and umami, and a rich flavor as its dark color suggests.

It has a mellow richness without being heavy, and has a clean aftertaste.

It is a safe organic soy sauce, but at a price that allows you to use it on a daily basis.
